This was entirely automated, using the script by Al:
PATT='^[[:blank:]]*#[[:blank:]]*include[[:blank:]]*<asm/uaccess.h>'
sed -i -e "s!$PATT!#include <linux/uaccess.h>!" \
$(git grep -l "$PATT"|grep -v ^include/linux/uaccess.h)
to do the replacement at the end of the merge window.

Delete all audit rules that were checking how the .cpuXYZ
related sections were inter-operating with other __init
like sections, now that __cpuinit is gone. Update the linker
script to not have any knowledge of .cpuinit sections.

Ever since commit 45f035ab9b8f ("CONFIG_HOTPLUG should be always on"),
it has been basically impossible to build a kernel with CONFIG_HOTPLUG
turned off. Remove all the remaining references to it.

This patch allows each architecture to add its specific assembly optimized
arch_mcs_spin_lock_contended and arch_mcs_spinlock_uncontended for
MCS lock and unlock functions.

commit 2545e5da080b4839dd859e3b09343a884f6ab0e3 upstream.
... in all cases, including the failing access_ok()
Note that some architectures using asm-generic/uaccess.h have
__copy_from_user() not zeroing the tail on failure halfway
through. This variant works either way.

The asm-generic rwsem implementation directly acceses sem->cnt when
performing a __down_read_trylock operation. Whilst this is probably safe
on all architectures, we should stick to the atomic_long_* API and use
atomic_long_read instead.
