uksm: squashed fixups
uksm: cleanups and scheduling changes
- Fix deprecated function warnings
- Use nice 15 instead of 5
- Use fixed periods instead of adjusting
- Rewrite pages_to_scan logic
- Modify kthread behavior to freeze more aggressively
