Wireless regulatory rules file is empty
CONFIG_CFG80211_INTERNAL_REGDB=y needs rules in db.txt
Use official release on http://drvbp1.linux-foundation.org/~mcgrof/rel-html/wireless-regdb/
Fix the empty db.txt problem.
