EDAC: Increment correct counter in edac_inc_ue_error()
commit 993f88f1cc7f0879047ff353e824e5cc8f10adfc upstream.
Fix typo in edac_inc_ue_error() to increment ue_noinfo_count instead of
ce_noinfo_count.
