Subject: Fixes to the Net plug-in for Mac OS X: Use -[NSString
 cStringUsingEncoding:NSASCIIStringEncoding] instead of just -[NSString
 cString] for getting the IP address from an NSString. Center the SockDialog
 before showing it. Load values when sockOpen() is called.
